LKL sunrise electronic Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:
We offers a warranty for electronic components purchased from our online store. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period.

Warranty Period:
The warranty period begins from the date of delivery to the customer.

Warranty Services:
During the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, replace or provide a refund for any defective electronic component.
The Company reserves the right to request the return of the defective component for inspection before processing the replacement or refund.

Warranty Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

a. Misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling of the electronic components.
b. Use of the electronic components outside their specified parameters or intended purpose.
c. Acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, flood, lightning, or other external causes.
d. Normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:

a. Contact the Company's customer service department within the warranty period.
b. Provide the order details and proof of purchase.
c. Describe the issue and provide any necessary information or documentation.

Return Policy:
In the event that a warranty claim is approved, the Company will provide instructions on returning the defective component. The Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to the Company's designated address

Exclusions:
The Company disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective electronic components as stated in this warranty policy.

Refund Process:
If a refund is approved, the Company will process the refund within a week from the date of approval.
